On Sunday,19th September 1999,Zayed Center for Heritage and History organised
a lecture entitled: " The lslamic and Arabic Reaction towards Globalisatoin",
by Dr. Ahmad Al-Kubaisi. * On 17th October 1999,the Center organised a lecture for Dr. Ahmad Saad Al-Din Tarabin, professor of History atDamascus University. The lecture was on " Jerusalem and the Jewish Settlement". * On 15th November 1999, Dr. Abdul-Aziz Al-Douri, The renowned Arab Historian gave a lecture on "The Historical Strucure of the Arabs". * The Centre, in cooperation with the UAE University, supported a conference, held in Al-Ain on 22-23th November 1999. * The Centre organised a training course on Heritage from 19th June 1999 until 16th July 1999. Thirty female graduates and students participated in the course. * Mr Abdul-Bari Atwan, Editor-in-Chief of the daily Al-Qudis gave a lecture on 31st January 2000. |
